Employees with COVID-19 symptoms or who have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 can pick up a testing kit at the Student Health Center, room A-120.
Students who are symptomatic should make an appointment at the Student Health Center.
Hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- Please do not enter the health center through the lobby.
- Room A-120 should be accessed from the rear of the SHC building, in the parking lot adjacent to the University Theatre.

Students and employees who test positive for COVID must report their status by using the online reporting form.

Mandatory Testing Phase Out
Students and employees who were previously required to test weekly are no longer required to do so. CSUDH recommends that those who are unvaccinated should continue to take advantage of free off-campus testing.
